EcoAdmin is an MLS-synced listing manager, transaction pipeline and CRM for New York real estate agents, teams and brokerages. WebSeoWiz Tech designed and built the web platform and the iOS app, bringing listings, open house sign-ins, contacts, email campaigns and e-signatures into one system.
Real estate agents typically juggle five separate tools to close one deal: listings in the MLS, leads in a spreadsheet, contracts in an e-signature app, emails in a marketing tool and social posts in a scheduler. Nothing shares data, so details slip and deadlines get missed.
EcoAdmin needed to replace that stack with one platform that agents can run from their phone, and that teams and brokerages can use to oversee every deal.
We built EcoAdmin as a cloud platform with a Next.js web app, a Node.js API and a MongoDB database, plus a Flutter mobile app published on the App Store. Listings sync in from OneKey MLS and REBNY RLS, so status and price changes flow into the CRM, social posts and team dashboards automatically.
Every open house gets its own QR code and sign-in page. Visitors go straight into the agent’s CRM with the property they viewed, and a follow-up email goes out the same day. Agreements and New York disclosure forms are sent for e-signature, filed to the right deal, and backed by deadline reminders.
